Blog 3-24SB-25

Today was awesome!
First i had French, we had this huge test, failed it T-T..as in literally fail...i really should have studied harder.
In Math we had this awesome enrich problem, it was soo much fun solving it =)
During lunch Junior math club. Our team cooperation was a failure. The whole team was Sys, so much for being called Synergy, when it comes to actual cooperate, we fail. THe people are too smart to accept others' suggestions or ideas, and they are too proud to. >.>...
I asked about my mark in AS, and im getting a high A!! yay!! =) 98 percent! =DD
In Science we had a slightly boring class, videos and notes, but the videos were hilarious. Bill Nye ftw! =D
In English i asked about my mark, A with 94 percent! =DDD which caused me to be high for the whole period xD
The teacher was comparing modern romance and medievel romance, and she asked us what would be on the cover of a modern romance story, Shania said hugging and kissing, i was just going along her line, i swear on my report card i was totally innocent and i was not thinking about the wrong stuff, i replied, in a rather loud voice, body contact...=.= the whole class cracked up..
Afterwards i came home and basically slacked, =)
My knee isnt really bothering me too much, its better than the fractured time when i can not land on my left leg, this time i can land on it, just cant jump or run or curl it up too much. =D its healing faster than i expected it to. The swelling receded, i can feeling my bone now xD
The picture in the front can describe my mood. Light and happy =D, super content with my mark. I really want to be on the principal's list, but my PE mark is a B, not that im not happy about a B in PE =)..but PE is always messing me up T-T

right now i have 6 As and a B, gonna ask Mr.Martin about my mark tmrl =D

Urgg skipped so many blogs again T-T..

Tragedy happened this Friday, i twisted my knee, which so happens to be the knee that got a fracture last last year, which hasnt fully recovered yet..I'm really annoyed at my body structure, i mean, come on, has anybody been more "fragile"? or "unskilled"? =.=...Last last year i got a fracture while playing a tag, this year i twisted my knee while playing ping pong, u know, its amazing what i can get myself into..>.>

I havent been to the doctors yet, what can they do? cast, crutches, x-ray, hours in emergency room waiting for a doctor, and finally all they can tell u is to rest. I had enough with hospitals. I been through enough leg injury to know what to do anyways. Elevate the leg, cold treatment for first 24 hours and do whatever u want for the days following. Dont do anything that might hurt, exercise the muscles, yep...

Im sorry if this blog is unpleasant and grumpy, but i cant help it right now ..

On Friday after school i went to the district science fair, what an unpleasant event. I mean, the projects were awesome, but its my partners and my so-called friends that were disappointing. I was limping, and my leg was arched in a really awkward angle. But one of the MYs were joking around with the word "cripple", while i was limping behind them, they were fast ahead, and laughing about my injury, =.=
my partner waited for me, but with an annoyed expression on her face. I didnt expect much of her being extremely nice, but a little patience would have been comforting. During the dinner break i wanted to go home, i negotiated with my partner. I thought she would understand, i was worried about my leg and i wanted to ice it to stop the swelling, but what did she say? "If we get a medal it would be soo embarrasing to go up the stage and take urs for u!" Come on, its not like its a trophy of a national competition, its a district science fair...For God's sake..
So she ended up yelling at me about how embarrasing it would be for her, and i stayed.
we didnt get any medals.

By the time i got home my knee was doubling the size of my fist, and i could barely walk, because of the swelling and how tight my skin felt whenever i tried to curl my leg, even slightly.

By now the swelling didnt get much better, but thank God it didnt get worse either.
Despite my injury i had quite a nice weekend.
I had an awesome piano lesson, afterwards I had a fantastic night with my church. Today i didnt go anywhere, i did some hw, but for the most time i slacked =)

i heard a rumor that the whole science chapter package is due tmrl, its prob. isnt true, but im doing it anyways, just in case.

Today was fun, first French, really sleepy, Math, that was awesome, then Science, i kinda dozed off, not completely, then English, which was really fun.
math contest on March 27th, gotta study for that one, Piano contest in April, busker fest is coming up as well.
Gotta get my 9 hours of sleep =)

Movie review!

Phantom of the Opera
A girl, Chirstina, lived in an opera house as an orphan. Before her father died he promised her an angel of music. She grew up in the opera house, expecting that angel. A musical genius also lived in that opera house, disguised as a ghost. He pitied her and taught her how to sing, pretending to be her angel. After a while the phantom fell in love with her. Raoul, a young nobleman, became a financial supporter to the opera house. Christina recognized him as her childhood lover, they quickly became a couple but the phantom was jealous, and he tried to intercept. At the end the phantom let the girl go.
Many years later, the girl passed away, when Raoul, an old elder now, went to visit her grave, he found a rose with a black ribbon with a diamond ring by Christina's grave, which symbolizes the phantom.
I personally think its a terrific movie. The acting skills are superb, the sings are awesome, the setting fascinates me =D.

Movie Review!

Edward Scissorhand.
The move is about a guy, (Johnny Depp), he seems human but he has a pair of scissorhands. Yes his name is edward.
He lived on a mountain all by himself ever since his inventor invented him. However that inventor was old and he died. A lady found him and she brought him home out of sympathy. Edward fell in love with their daughter Kim, a beautiful teenage girl. Kim had a boyfriend, but Kim finally fell in love with Edward. The boyfriend was mad, told lies to the townspeople, and turned everybody against Edward. Edward returned to his old mansion on the top of the mountain because of the hostile attitude of the townspeople, although he was innocent. Kim's family tried to defend Edward but no use. Kim's boyfriend sneaked up on Edward with a gun, trying to kill him, in self defense Edward killed him instead. Kim lied to everyone, saying Edward is dead, and she never saw him again.
It never snowed in the town before Edward came down, but afterwards it snowed every year. In the movie it was Edward making ice sculptures that made it snow.
The music was beautiful, beautiful story. Johnny Depp played the character really well. The innocence, the slow reactions, the curiosity to everything. Awesome movie =D

I cant believe how lazy i got during Spring Break.
Anyways, I shall try to summarize last few weeks in one blog.
From Feb.28-March 5th i was exhuasted. Wary not from hw, but from the endlessness of hw. You see, sometimes the motivation to do things is because u see hope, that some time this whole thing can be over, done, and u can go back and rest. Well, hw just kept coming, so I was frustrated and exhausted.
March 5th was a big day. I learned i got accepted into Pre-IB. Yay! =D, andi also learned our science fair project made its way into the districts, yay..? =S...There are quite a few MYs who didnt get accepted. Im shocked. I mean, I know we are going to be apart in grade 10, no more classes together, but when the day comes its still a shock. Im really going to miss them.
Science Fair all over again, goodbye to my spring break...Spent the whole break brooding over science fair. Well, thats an exaggeration. But still, its a pain in the as_.
I watched soo many movies during spring break! =)..Most of them arent new, and yes i watched it online. So mnay good ones! I really like the Pirates of the Carribbean, i know, its childish, not real, fiction, but the weird charms of the pirate captain, the freedom pirates symbolize in the movie all amaze me. I watched all three of them =). Also another really good one, Phantom of the Opera. I cry over that one every time xP..The songs are awesome =)
Edward Scissorhand is good =D, although my parents didnt like it that much.
Finding Neverland, a very touching and heartwarming movie.
I watched many other ones, but these few are the best =)
I went over to a few friends' houses during spring break, had fun =D
Went to the library a couple of times.

First day of school, Foods, it was alright, PE, painful, Junior math club, glad to be back =). SS we did a speech, that went okay, AS =), I was getting rather drowsy, ><, mostly because im not used to the sudden change of schedule, xD..and there were a few guys who sat behind me who were trying to solve a math problem, i OCCASIONALLY looked back to check to see whether they solved it or not =).

For the music hw im planning on using Titanic, but my parents are saying its not old enough..=.=
